Job Detail

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Read and follow job orders.
2. Determine the required Qty to meet daily output.
3. Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, checking etc.
4. Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintained in good and safe working condition.
5. Control and run the machine to the fullest extent.
6. Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues.
7. Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control.
8. Provide detailed reports and logs on the work done daily.
9. Keep up with safety requirements and maintain the safe work setting at all times.
10. Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed.
11. Reporting safety hazards within the work environment.
12. Others Operational job related to Plant inclusive of debagging activities and Packing lime products in 25kg HL and jumbo bags is part of job scope.

Physical fitness and Skill:

1. Machine operators should be physically fit since long operational hours can be required. Must be able to work Overtime.
2. Ability to work as a team: good communication is important for working with others on the daily job.
3. Machine operators should be comfortable working in a team.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. Minimum secondary education or relevant experience.
2. Relevant experience above 2 years; on the job training available.
3. Industries working experience, preferably with basic Plant Maintenance knowledge with previous job itself involves some aspect of the manufacturing process.
4. Basic knowledge in PC.
5. Basic knowledge of electrical is added advantage to it and practical skills (working knowledge) in general maintenance and repair tasks.
6. Ability to do repetitive tasks; detail-oriented; understanding of industry and safety standards.
7. Forklift handling skill is preferable with (License/Certification).
8. Training in safety techniques and requirements will be provided.
9. Training with handling of forklift Operation will be provided.
10. Practical (on-the-job) training (required most of the times) will be provided.
