Receptionist/ Concierge

(Office Building at Alexandra)

Working hours: Mon – Fri (8am – 6pm) except Public Holidays

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed.
  3. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).
  4. Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties.

 

Requirements:

  1. Professional appearance (own a black blazer and skirt).
  2. Proven working experience in similar roles.
  3. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  4. Knowledge of computers.
  5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  6. Good communication skills.
  7. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  8. Ability to organise and multitask.
