Job Description:
- Perform repairs on electrical equipment and undertake simple rewiring tasks
- Replace faulty lights, light fittings and switches as needed
- Handle plumbing works
- Conduct light carpentry tasks including chair and door repairs
- Execute painting works
- Handle general property maintenance and any adhoc installation works.
Job Requirement:
- Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent engineering trade certification
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience relating to building and building services maintenance or its equivalent
- Relevant License to practise electrical and plumbing works
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
