Job description
Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes crockery, cutlery and glassware and performs other cleaning duties.
1. Receives, collects and prepares tableware for washing.
2. Checks and sets up Dishwashing Machine.
3. Washes crockery, silverware and glassware.
4. Cleans Dishwashing equipment and working areas after use.
5. Arranges crockery, glassware and cutlery in neat and orderly stacks.
6. Clears all rubbish to the main bins at the rubbish dump.
Job requirement
1. Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
2. Physically fit.
