Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare the Cafe and Musical Lounge for operations
- Manage inventory, replenish garnishing and update service team on the drink list and menu
- Coordinate with F&B team to provide excellent services to members, their families and guests
- Recommend food and beverages
- Key orders into POS system or assist members to input orders
- Prepare duty roster, train and guide part-timers
- Assist the manager to organize events and coordinate with the performers
