Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations for Visitor Management Services
  • Oversee and monitor performance of staff to ensure service levels are met
  • Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operation
  • Handle complaints/ feedback and resolve issues by performing service recovery. To escalate to Superior when need arises
  • Investigate causes of discrepancies and complaints and to take corrective actions
  • Disseminate operational updates/ information to staff promptly and accurately
  • Conduct on-the-job training and refresher training programs
  • To perform temperature taking and other data collection as and when required by the Company
  • To operate and manage work areas required as per the role of a Patient Service Associate in the event of shortage of staff
  • Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

  • 3 years of working experience in frontline customer service
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in team leading and man management
