We are looking for kids club ambassadors to be responsible for the daily operation of buds by Shangri-La, Splash, and other family experience activities necessary. HE/SHE will manage the day to day operations in terms of executing play activities, assisting and interacting with guests to ensure a fun and safe guest experience, maintaining the areas, equipment and facilities cleanliness, tidiness and safety at buds, splash and all other kids play space.

Responsibilities

• Executing day to day operation of BUDS Family Experience
• Responsible for playing area of indoor & outdoor
• Able to carry out activities and interact with the guests to ensure an energetic, fun, safe and educational session.
• Maintaining the Kids Club clean and tidy at all times.
• To provide support to the parties, e.g., food delivery, decorations and set-ups.
• Maintaining the daily communication with the superiors and all colleagues to ensure the smooth operations.
• To be always alert, attentive and assume a pleasing and helpful attitude toward members and colleagues at all times.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in such a manner to ensure the health, safety and security of each child.

Requirements

• Experience working in theme parks, tourist attractions, kids' corner in museums / hotels, childcare Centre is an added advantage
• Able to work weekends/public holidays
