Responsibilities:
Job Description
- Provide excellent, professional and create a good shopping experience for our clients
- Maximize sales to achieve store sales target
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the brand, all products and in-store promotions/activities
- Manage store operation matters
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandising display
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Establish and maintain good customer relationship
- Assist with refilling, unpacking, packing and sorting of stocks
- A team player to support the retail team wherever necessary
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience will be an added advantage
- Luxury fashion experience will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of luxury market and practices
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Motivated and driven
- Good customer service and selling skills
- Strong passion for working within the retail apparel/ fashion industry
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
