Throughout this time, we began to enter and operate to sell products both digital and physical on e-commerce platforms. The discovery of the e-commerce growth trends together with our expertise has led to the launch of our retail solutions such as N–Ecomm, Go Online and N-Egift.
This direction has paid off – over the past 10 years. Today, we have more than 1100 offline touchpoints that includes minimarts, convenience stores, Buzz, Shell and Cheers stores. Our online touchpoints include Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon and many more. Earning the trust of numerous companies, notably, Singtel, Fairprice, Shopee, Lazada, Grab and Gojek with an annual turnover exceeding 50 million dollars in 2020.
At this moment, NPN is not only selling smart devices, but also directly managing the maintenance of about 25,000 stores with smart devices. This duo role ensures that we are able to listen closely to feedbacks from the ground and keep improving our products and services.
