JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines

Operating and setup of CNC machines

Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required

Prepare and update of CNC programs
-
Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc
-
Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines

Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
-
Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM
- At least 5 years CNC Machining experience
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing

- Able to work independently
