SALES

 

Responsibilities:-

  • Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential customers.
  • Create and implement a structured plan to achieve meets assigned sales revenue targets
  • Develop new business relationships locally and APAC
  • Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets as set by management.
  • Managed current major customers and its supporting contract manufacturers.
  • Regular visit to key customers to build & maintain relationship and portfolio
  • Development and implementation of strategies to expand the sales and participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation; credentials pitch and negotiation.
  • Provide monthly sales report and weekly activity plan and report review with superior.
  • Drive the customers' RFQ and prepare proposals with detailed costing sheet & quotations for award process.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Drive projects awarded and manage internal resources to ensure projects timeline is meet. Example tooling T1 submission, Engineering Builds, Pre-production built.
  • Conduct Weekly Project Meeting, Project Report and project hand-over to operation once project cycle completed
  • Coordinate customer visits to hold discussion with customers on review project when required.
  • Do market research to obtain leads on potential customers and do potential new customers profiling.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure internal document requirement is fulfil to ensure smooth project flow and kept in company server
  • Ensure all new tools project invoice submitted.
  • To comply and coordinate any supporting documents required by customer.
  • Perform any other task assigned by superior

Requirements:-

  • Diploma / Degree in Polymer Science or business study
  • At least 5 years working experience in elastomeric / relevant field.
  • Experience in managing MNC accounts.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Experience in costing and quotation
  • Knowledge of administrative and manufacturing procedures
