- 5 days work per week
- (2 days work from Office 3 days work from home) *Must relocate to Singapore*
- Working hours : 9:30am – 6:30pm

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan, coordinate and execute events
Devise and improvise systems and processes for event support
Prepare and handle event logistics
Manage programme portfolio
Consolidate critical data and generate reports
Train and supervise event support assistants
Maintain relationships with stakeholders (coaches, customers and participants)
Provide administrative support for events management

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Open to evening and weekend shifts
Proactive and have a sense of urgency

Responsible and have a sense of accountability Problem solver and able to think on his/her feet
Willing to go the extra mile for customers and participants
Experience in Trading (Stocks, etc) and/or running events is a plus!
