WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

Job Description:

• Accountable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of raw material, components, supplies, and finished goods inventory.
• Maintains inventory accuracy with appropriate materials transactions.
• Communicate schedules release data and all other logistics/materials requirement information to buyers, planners, manufacturing, and other teams.
• Provides business operations support to ensure efficient operation of office and production.
• Maintain and update weekly product and material cost in SQL accounting system.
• Assist for checking weekly job costing in SQL accounting system.
• Responsible for job closure and general ledger entry, payment voucher in SQL accounting system.
• Assist for customer purchase order entry in SQL accounting system.
• Assist for issuing customer invoice and packing list in SQL accounting system.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
• Identify and assess the external training needs of the organization and consultation with managers.
• Perform weekly verification in Unipoint to ensure all the employee occupation/job description available and training completed within timeline.
• Accountable for local customs/governmental import and export statistical reporting requirements and compliance to governmental classification & regulatory licensing requirements

Salary: RM 2700 – RM 3700

Allowance ( Petrol & HP ): RM 100

Contract Duration: 3 months/ 6 months

Education: Diploma/ Degree required for this position, Preferable in degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field.

Relevant work experience is also preferred.
