MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation of new equipment and supplementary structures in the factory. • Do a good job of preventive maintenance, to ensure the normal operation of production equipment. • Changing and repair of moulds when required. • Assist Production Manager to make annual preventive maintenance plan and carry out the implementation and completion of the plan. Supervise and check to ensure smooth operation of equipment. • Responsible for specific maintenance and repair of production equipment, electrical and machinery • Solve the related equipment technical problems in the production process. • Standardize the staff to operate safely and maintain the equipment independently according to the safety operation specifications. • Trained subordinates to improve their maintenance skills. • Responsible for the irregular or regular inspection of equipment, supervise and urge the daily maintenance work on site, and examine it. • Assist the maintenance supervisor to manage the spare parts warehouse, develop the varieties and safety stock of spare parts, and reduce the stock of spare parts under the condition of ensuring normal operation of equipment. • Control the consumption of maintenance consumables and reduce maintenance costs. • Urge maintenance personnel to do daily inspection of workshop equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1, Mechanical and electrical integration or related major college degree or above
2, have more than 5 years electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, non-standard equipment is preferred
3. Familiar with PLC control, have certain electrical equipment maintenance experience, have high voltage electrician certificate
Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic principle
5. Trained in related maintenance and quality system
6. Strong sense of safety and environmental protection
7, Strong organizational communication skills and team spirit
8. Can read English drawings and instructions, and communicate with English email
9, have a strong professional dedication
