SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER (JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR)
Diploma
Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities, such as the development, coordination, research and oversight of high-priority projects from concept to implementation of internal and external special projects.
Technologically literate, comfortable with a wide range of platforms and business applications
Highly independent and able to carry out research projects
Skilled as a stakeholder manager for liaison with other regional offices, regional departments, and organizations on behalf of the Managing Director
Engages in meetings, taskforces, and workgroups on behalf of the Managing Director and organizes, prioritizes, and tracks developmental progress.
Regularly engage and work closely with other departments, offices, and stakeholders to set priorities, track deadlines, and make decisions based on analytical and innovative thinking within established guidelines.
Need not rely on formal authority but welcomes the challenge of developing long-term relationships and credibility across entities, including superiors, peers and subordinates to support the Managing Director’s vision and align all stakeholders to the Mission.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Engineering/Business/ financial Management or any related discipline with Minimum 5 years’ working experience
Good communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English
Proven track record of working with tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
Excellent social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong data analytic skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
