ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the team and to expand the services (Insulation & Painting) thereby increase the department’s revenue.

Manage and plan all the MP / Material resources for the whole RMC Scaffolding team including Insulation / Painting activities for all REL EPC Projects, Third Party Projects + Maintenance.
Fully accountable to manage all REL EPC Projects

Do marketing/BD works to increase the department's Revneue *Contact potential clients to establish potential opportunities and rapport

Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, including all subcontracted works, to ensure safe working conditions and permit procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.

Attend construction progress meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor and report progress and provide support as required

Lead and prepare all tender costing & prepare project budget for the awarded projects.
Ensuring that all works proceed within budget parameters -
Manage and Provide input to the site progress reports and monthly reports (per project, per asset, per construction team as required) – hours expended, % progress complete, Plan vs Actual, forecast to go, etc.

Ensure that all works are executed in a Safe manner, in compliance to Statutory/Rotary/Clients' requirements.

Represent RMC in incident/accident investigations (together with relevant project team personnel) – with respect to related issues

Represent RMC ‘on-call’ services for 24/7 support to the all awarded projects, especially on Mainteance services.

The overall control and implementation of Contractual Procedures to ensure that all delays and extensions to scope are properly managed and documented for later Contractual Claims

Assisting and supporting Project Managers in the settlement of contractual matters with Clients relating to relevant works.

To ensure that the RMC company's commitments are executed in a timely and efficient manner and to the customer’s satisfaction

Provide continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a more efficient/effective service

Lead and manage quality leadership, ownership and work safe in the project team

Plan ahead and set project PI to meet the project overall schedule

Manpower and resources planning overall project schedule and require.

Coordinate and schedule monthly management to update the status and progress.
KPI
- To accomplish the projects meeting the company/project TRIR and DART requirements.
- To accomplish the projects with the nett OT hours <10 % of the budget
- To achieve not more than 5 Non Conformance Report (NCR) in a year.
- To complete the Project Ahead of Time and to meet the set agreed PI for each project
- To achieve the department's set revenue target of Million for 2021
- Meet and achieve Customer Satisfaction more than 70%
- Innovative and creative to improve the project margin and productivity
