Requirements:
– 6 day work week, 1 day off per week (off day will be rotating, not set)
– Will need to work on Public Holidays (Off In Lieu will be provided for work rendered on Public Holidays)
– Rotating shifts will be performed: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am
– Annual Leave starting from 7 days, additional 1 for every full year of service rendered
– Accommodation will not be provided
– Must be able to speak English confidently and well, ability to converse in a second language is a bonus
– Can consider older candidates or candidates without formal education so long as they can speak English and use the computer (typing, internet, reply emails, etc.) as this is a budget hotel
Job Description:
– Checking guests in and out of hotel and ensuring proper cashiering is performed for each transaction
– Assisting hotel guests with any and all aspects of their stay
– Abiding by SOPs set by management to ensure the smooth and proper running of operations during their shift
– Manning hotel phone line, email accounts and other means of communications
– Assisting with any ad hoc duties as determined by operations/ management from time to time
