CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (JOHOR BRANCH)

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field

Chinese Male/Female

Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English

Open for Junior/fresh grads  

Job Descriptions

Respond to customer inquiries, handle and resolve complaints

Deal directly with the customers

Process orders, forms, applications and requests

This person will work under Manager, Customer Service Department.

SALARY RANGE:              RM2500 – RM2800

WORKING HOURS:          SUNDAY – THURSDAY           10.30AM – 7.30PM

BENEFITS:

1)    13 months’ pay per annum (1 month contractual bonus yearly)

2)    Appraisal Bonus Yearly

4)    1.5 rate OVERTIME on Normal Days
