Job Description

  • Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World’s service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback.
  •  Monitor, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works and collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion of works to ensure contractors are on schedule.
  •  Initiate preparation for handing over and carry out random pre-handing over inspection before handing over.
  • Coordinate with contractor for a Pre-VP Briefing and iron out coordination    issues pertaining to handing over and DLP Period.
  •  Develop the processes of opening and closing all defects list and submit to Manager within time frame given to ensure effective on the progress and error free transition.
