Job Scope:

Core responsibility

*Payroll and claims

*Ensure accurate recording of purchase ordering; Filing

*Ensure payments to suppliers are made in a timely manner

*Keeping track of food costs and updating promptly; Costing management, keep costs at minimum.

*Performing ad-hoc duties as required

*Recruit and coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees

*Reconciliation of timesheet and attendance of employees

*Month end inventory checks to be done

*Inventory audit checks from time to time

*Keep track of daily sales, ensure that payments are received timely.

 

Job specifications

*Proficient in Google Web Applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs)

*Good team player, problem solver

*Strong sense of responsibility and self motivation

*High level of attention to detail and accuracy

*Able to work independently

 

Experience

*Ideally to have prior experience in F&B and related administrative background.

*Managerial role (minimum 3 years experience) / executive role (minimum 1 year)
