 Expand, identify, establish, maintain and develop productive and professional relationship with key contacts in the assigned account to further optimize/strengthen the overall B2B opportunities
 Customer acquisition, from identifying opportunities, to prospecting and lead generation, through to purchase and retention
 Expanding contracts or sales with existing clients by understanding your client’s needs and proposing relevant, thoughtful solutions
 Maintaining expert knowledge of the company’s products and services, and a good understanding of the company’s brand DNA
 Managing communications between your client and the company’s internal teams.
 Ensuring each client receives high quality customer service.
 Collecting and analysing sales data, consumer behaviour and other relevant market insights for reporting to management
 Preparing reports on account performance, progress, goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
 Identifying market trends to better serve client.
 Assist customers in identifying the correct solution to increase the productivity.
 Coordinates the involvement of various Departments, including Support, Service, Marketing and GTM, to meet the respective objectives and Customer expectations.
 Develop and execute strategic tactical sales and marketing plans for the account to drive business growth in the B2B sector
 Represent company in areas of public relations like trade shows, parades, IT show, Corporate Event.
 Acquistion of all the B2B customers in the O2O store.
 Maintain and review the O2O Store B2B Customer Activities.
 Support on Ad-Hoc Project task assign by the direct superior

 Well verse in vendor, channel and B2B prospect (channel includes Distributors, Key Accounts, etc).
 Strong understanding of brand management.
 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 A Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
 Able to work under fun and pressure environment
Working hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 1pm Sat
