Duties & Responsibilities:
– Oversees all HR administration
– Manages payroll of Direct Staff using EasyPay Payroll System and ensure that Staff are paid on time (i.e. this includes ensuring that Staff claims are valid and approved by Management Team)
– Oversees the end-to-end process for recruitments and resignations
– Oversees all disciplinary cases
– Prepares of appointment, confirmation, promotion letters
– Prepares of other letters/memos, where required
– Provides timely updates/reports to the Management Team
– Supervises HR Junior Staff
– Maintains and updates HR and Staff records promptly
– Maintains and updates HR forms promptly
– Manages matters in relation to Employees’ Provident Fund
– Manages matters in relation to SOCSO
– Oversees and coordinates Staff training
– Liaise relevant Government authority for license renewal
– Ensures that all HR documents are filed promptly (e.g. training records)
– Provides general administration
– Ensures staff welfare (e.g. cleanliness of staff working environment)

Diploma in HR

Knowledge & Skills:
– At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resource
– Knowledge of EasyPay Payroll System is an added advantage
– Should know how to use Microsoft Office
– Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO9001 and ISO14001 is an added advantage
– Must be able to work independently and resourceful
– Must possess strong analytical and negotiation skills
– Must be able to view matters objectively
– Must possess excellent coordination and communication skills (both written and verbal)
– A Class D driving license will be an added advantage
