- Managing and updating department databases
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Drafting and mailing internal and external correspondence

Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in business administration or a related
- Strong organizational and administrative skills,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask.
