Job Description and Responsibilities

  •  To provide warm courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors at the receptionist desk.
  •  Making announcement, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  •  Answer phone calls promptly and professional manner, determines callers’ needs and routes calls to appropriate personnel or takes clear, complete and accurate messages.
  •  To administration with all incoming mails, distribution and admin function.
  •  Maintain reception area appearance tidy & organized at all times.
  •  Performing other clerical duties as needed, such as filing and photocopying
  •  Must be highly organized, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining mall operations
  •  Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling via the information counter (monitor logbook and record)
  •  Call & arrange equipment maintenance with appropriate vendor(s); order, receive, and maintain office supplies.

Qualification & Requirements

  •  Bilingual skills is preferred
  •  Must be flexible with regard to hours and be able to occasionally exchange shift, shifts can run between 8hrs in a day.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office with immediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
  •  Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  •  Multitasking and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
