SALES MANAGER / HEAD OF SALES [ JOHOR BAHRU ]
• Prepare the annual Business Development Plan.
• Lead and develop the sales team across Malaysia & Singapore.
• Make a training plan for the new as well as existing staff.
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
• Provide technical support and direction to the existing sales engineers
Tasks / Responsibilities
- Make an annual business plan for new and emerging market considering the requirement for investment .
- To expand product reach and increase the profit margin, market share by implementing a good pricing strategy e.g. Malaysia, Singapore.
- Monitor the yearly targets and keep a follow up for Malaysia and Singapore
- Make a training plan for the existing as well as new sales engineers joining ,by identifying their training needs.
- RISK based thinking and measures to overcome
- Should provide the technical support and guidelines for the Sales team
Skills/ Qualifications required
• Leadership skill
• Good track record of customer service
• Knowledge of Balinit coatings
• Speak/read/write English language
• Team player
