1.        Responsible for salary preparation for all employees
2.        Responsible for the maintenance of employee attendance, absenteeism, medical leave through attendance registers and records.
3.        Responsible for the management of leave. Maintain and record all approved leave applications.
4.        Prepare statistical information regarding manpower to Labour and relevant government agencies whenever requires.
5.        Handle relevant correspondence with government agencies whenever requires.
6.        Responsible for the overtime management and its relevant activities, overtime analysis and overtime statement.
7.        Prepare any statistical reports and analysis as and when required.
8.        Responsible to ensure that whenever an employee tenders notice of resignation, to conduct proper exit interview, relevant deductions before release of final salary etc.
9.        Responsible to coordinate integrated implementation of HR payroll system for both units.
10.        Responsible for expatriate employment and Immigration matters.
11.        Management of HR records. Keeps and maintains HR records such as benefits plans, personnel transaction such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, disciplinary actions, medical, manpower status, employee statistics etc.
12.        Assist in the Industrial &Employee Relations matters.
13.        Assist during internal and external audit.
14.        Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, grievances, programs and business activities.
15.        Establish and maintain a cordial relationship with government bodies local or Head Quarters such as Industrial Relations Department (IR), Labour Department, Jabatan Tenaga Rakyat, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Immigration, Police, Hospital etc., Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) southern region or Head Quarters, FMM, Consultants, employment agencies and so on.
16.        Performs related duties as and when required that will be assigned from time to time.        

Other special Requirement

  • Payroll software in the Market  – SAP/Flexi etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation ad HR best pratices
  • Responsible for general payroll administrations of the company and all statutory requirements pertinent to EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax etc.
