→ To be able to seek and provide technical, commercial, and logistic support to the Sales Manager’s and related integrations
→ To be able to elaborate the technical and commercial proposal/needs of Projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Project Manager and Purchasing Department.
→ To provide onsite support when required by the Project
→ Day to day management of project aspects that includes technical, commercial, logistics, purchasing upon securing the order by the Sales Team
→ To triage technical issues, resolve problems independently and escalate where appropriately.
→ Taking ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root causes, and issue resolution and communication;
→ Achieve and maintain targeted case statistics such as number of orders closed/lost or issues resolved, along with other established goals;
→ Provide professional-level conversations with Internal Team and Customers to gather information, troubleshoot, and resolve their technical inquiries.
→ Identify and submit issues for advancement to the Engineering team.
→ Cross functional information (between Sales, Finance, Back office, Management)
→ Updating CRM

→ 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales Support role working with local and international customers/business
→ Degree/Diploma with necessary skill experience
→ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
→ Experience in a cloud environment – an advantage
→ Experience in Sales CRM
→ Experience in preparing costings, quotations and further process of orders
→ Very customer-oriented and friendly – drive to achieve a satisfied customer, not just a technical resolution
→ Self-starter, able to learn new technologies "on the fly"
→ Collaborative team player
→ Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and multitask
→ Dedicated and willing to learn
→ First-rate interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and work ethic
→ Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure
→ Ability to effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
→ Travelling when required for commissioning, installation, training, presentations, and tradeshows.
