Job Responsibilities

-Gaining customers' needs and requirement and communicating the quality standard to production team.

-Respond to technical inquiries/complaint from the customer

-Effectively analyse customer issues and provide logical solution

-Gaining feedback from the customers, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

-Supervising inspectors and engineers and provide guidance

-Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis

-Reviewing and improving new specification and procedures for products or processes

-Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis


Job Requirements

 –Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service position

-Previous experience in production or manufacturing will be an advantage

-Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills

-In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and international standards

-Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods

-Execellent communication and listening skills
