SALES MANAGER [ MANUFACTURER / PASIR GUDANG ]
1) To ensure IMSB Product are fully sold ( capacity ) – Soap Noodles / Glycerine / By Product / DFA
Maintain maximum profit of the said whole portfolio .
2) To explore and expand IFFCO product market share for Soap noodles , glycerine etc globally .
3) To maintain and strengthen customer relationship with new or existing customers.
a) This would include attending to customer enquiry / complaint / repeated sales / technical question .
b) Arrange for customer visit at least with 2-3 times a years
4) Plan and strategies for developing business and achieving the company goal / KPI
5) Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales , and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
a) Full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
6) Establish the lead requirements needed to meet company objectives
