Responsibilities :

  • Communicate and liaise with customers in handling inquiries, order processing, shipment of products.
  • Ensure customers' information requests, complaints and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Build customer relationship through effective communication and reliable service.
  • Working closely with related departments internally to ensure customers' requests are performed accordingly.


Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years manufacturing background is a MUST.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent in Excel is required for this position.
  • Customer service experience in manufacturing field will be an advantage.
  • Required skills: Computer literate, communication skill, critical thinking, customer service focus, analytical, innovative, business sense.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin is a must as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
