ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE [ PROPERTY & REAL ESTATE / JOHOR BAHRU TOWN AREA ]
The position will be reporting to Branch Manager and assisting in accounting, finance and administration matters
- Daily collection and payment reconciliation
- Daily sales reporting
- Perform General Ledger book keeping, prepare management and statutory reporting
- Processing Accounts Payable transactions and payments, cheque issuance, remittance transfers, staff claims and petty cash
- Processing Accounts Receivable transactions
- Source and manage purchases
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
- Provide administrative support to billing, payment, courier, filing, stationery and etc
- Support employee on-boarding e.g. arrangement of workplace and tools
- Any other tasks as and when assigned time to time.
1-2 year work experience in accounting roles. Preferable Female. Ability to speak mandarin will be added advantage.
