LOGISTICS OPERATION ASSISTANT [ PASIR GUDANG ]
· To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
· Ensure that ocean freights are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management.
· Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, customers, customs, trucking companies on cargo transportations/status.
· Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
· Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection
· Perform any other adhoc assigned by department head
· Degree holder in Business/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent .
· 1~2 years of relevant experience in logistics field / or fresh graduate are welcome with Training provided.
· Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
· Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel/words.
· Good communication and interacting skills.
· Neat and discipline on documentation.
