Job Scope

  1. Responsible for recruitment activities to support manpower needs for all department.
  2. Take care of new joined correspondence & formalities. Including new employee orientation/induction program within the specified time frame.
  3. Carry out all training administration & OJT functions to ensure it was implemented according to SOP & meet relevant objectives & target.
  4. To prepare & coordinate any ISO systems, BCMS, RBA related audit to HR functions.
  5. Collaborate with Production team to carry out OJT flow & SOP awareness, ensure process owner or employee complete the OJT as per OJT Matrix & SOP within the time frame.
  6. To oversee Foreign workers’ hostel management functions. (I may allocate this work to other staffs).



  1. Diploma or Degree in HR Management or any.
  2. At least 3 years working experience in HR & Admin Department function with good experience in L & D or Training function.
  3. Computer literate with knowledge in using MS word, Excel & Power point.
  4. Good command of BM & B. English.
  5. Able to work independently with min. supervision and willing to take up multi-tasking as and when required.
  6. Experience in ISO 9001
