Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform AP, AR and GL function with focus on internal control and financial analysis.
  • To assist manager to monitor and ensure compliance of internal control, perform periodic checking on accounting documents and records.
  • Perform periodic review on accounting controls in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of all data in compliance with the management directives and legal requirements.
  • Manage accounts receivable by generating and reviewing AR reports, monitoring customer risk and payment history to establish early warning signs and identifying the potential bad debt, following up closely to ensure prompt corrective actions are taken to collect.
  • Monitor and manage all customer account on ageing, credit limit, overdue and credit insurance coverage.
  • Proactively liaise with Sales team to resolve credit limit issues to ensure timely collection according to credit terms.
  • Analyze and manage credit limit approval for each customer and review credit limit for timely adjustment.

Job Requirements : 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in credit control, treasury and GL management.
