Job Purpose:
• To provide receptionist functions and assisting in general administrative duties for Global Centre Of Excellence (GCOE)
Principal Accountabilities:
• To assist in handling day-to-day enquiries of GCOE
• To assist and work closely with the assigned team (marketing co-ordinator) from IIB/IISB and DHL’s team
Key Activities:
• Receptionist duties
• Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls & enquiries
• Handle walk-in guests
• Procurement of stationery and office refreshment management (coffee corner supplies)
• Provide assistance with general administrative duties and supports to Singapore team
• Monthly guests’ reports submission to Singapore team
• Participate actively in regular team meetings
• Assist guest for travel arrangements (taxi or grab)
• Constantly review procedures and improve on service deliver
• Assist in coordinating catering requirements (if there’s any)
• Any other duties as assigned
