JOB TITLE : PROJECT MANAGER (PENGERANG)

1. Project Ownership & Execution

• Manage and lead all assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that identify timelines, resources, and budgetary requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and detailed schedules for all phases of the project.

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage external vendor relationships and act as the main point of contact for project-related communication.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor team and individual staff performance, providing timely feedback and direction.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Prepare project status reports and updates for management review and decision-making.

4. Strategic Alignment

5. Ensure all project goals and deliverables align with the company’s strategic objectives.

6. Manage all project aspects including planning, communication, resources, budget, change management, risk, and issue resolution.

7. Training & Compliance

• Act as an internal trainer by conducting on-the-job training within the department.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), safety, and quality requirements at all times.

8. Maintain all project and departmental documentation in accordance with company standards.Workplace Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure workplace cleanliness and enforce strict compliance with company safety rules and procedures.

9. Other responsibilities

• To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
• To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.
• To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.
• To maintain the departmental documentation.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Preferably Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering.
2. Similar working experience or industry. Working experience with more than 10 years.
3. Good self-discipline, must be willing to work in a team.
4. Familiar with using Microsoft Project.
5. Advantage for Mandarin speaking as may required to work closely with China team.
