JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (SINGAPORE)
Salary SGD$ 2,500 – SGD$ 3,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange daily schedules and routes efficiently
- Manage and coordinate with drivers, customers and subcon
- Attend and respond to incoming calls and enquiries
- Send schedules and operational updates to drivers promptly
- Keeping system up to date
- Tally of subcon invoice
Requirements:
- At least 2 years prior experience for operations in related fields (logistics, transportation etc)
- Must be able to communicate in basic chinese
- No history of job hopping (staying less than 1 year in jobs)
- Must be to accept shift arrangement (weekday evening or weekend shifts)
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Details
- 5-day shift work
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Ability to speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking drivers and customers)
