Position: Technical Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assists clients in installing and effectively using the product for their application.
• Identifies bugs and makes recommendations and/or enhancements based on user feedback.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by promptly answering customer requests for assistance.
• Escalates customer complaints related to fit, form, or functionality
• Provide service support, repair, preventive maintenance and testing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
