The Employee Will:

Responsibilities/Objectives:
▪ Maintain company accounts, including input of entries and reconciliations; oversee the day to day operation of account department.
▪ Prepare and analysis financial reports.
▪ Submit reports to government organizations.
▪ Correspondent with bankers, tax consultant, external auditors, company secretary, and suppliers.
▪ Prepare, review and submit monthly GST report.
▪ Issue invoices, debit & credit note to customer.
▪ Help to prepare shipping documents including delivery orders, packing list, commercial invoice.
▪ Manage cash flow and arrange payment.
▪ Responsible for foreign payment and hedging.
▪ Prepare tax estimation and company tax plan.
▪ Involve in monthly payroll preparing and ensure a timely statutory payment i.e. EPF, SOCSO.
▪ Travel interstate and overseas as required and where possible.Such other duties as may be asked of you, within your capabilities from time to time
