General Description
Primarily responsible for ensuring quality standards in operation processes, compliances in regulatory requirements and adhere to customers’ requirements
Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer complaints and audit findings as necessary
-Support for preparing and maintaining yearly internal & external audit programs
-Support business continuity planning and execution as necessary
-Execute in accordance to QMS requirements (ensure timely updates to documents, WI, SOPs) and manage control of documents
-Support WSH incident and accident investigations and evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.
-Conducts QA inspection, follows through company’s procedure, and ensure adherence to product quality standards.
-Drive quality improvement and ensure conformance to customer requirements, and continuous improvement in systems, procedures, and processes
-Physical Security such as CCTV footage and door access review and generates inspection and incident reports as necessary
-Handle On-boarding/ Off-boarding Service systems as necessary
-Other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/ Quality Manager.
