POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

Job Descriptions: 

  • To perform both Sales and Marketing job scope based on Company scope / requirement related to B2B business requirements.
  • Mainly to conduct Sales job which support from the Senior Sales staff and to perform marketing job as below details simultaneously.
  • Conduct marketing research and related activities to understand customer needs, market trend and competitor’s strategies.
  • Implementing marketing plan and strategies for new and existing product on both platform online marketing and offline marketing.
  • Assist Sales manager on handling the customer enquiries and orders.
  • Assist Sales manager on the sales analysis, data entry and report preparation.
  • Responsible in making, managing, and updating company newsletter, company websites, social media and marketing material.
  • Assist in preparing bi-weekly reports on social media update.
  • Assist in organizing monthly meetings with local and regional sales representatives.
  • Assist in handling and responding to new customer inquiries and lead generation from social media and email.
  • Occasionally visit customers and markets (domestic and international) to collect and research market information.

Requirements: 

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma in marketing or business-related field.
  • Relevant Experience in B2B business marketing and sales.
  • Working experience with sales background will be added advantage.
  • Preferably junior executive in marketing or equivalent with digital and e-marketing communication, website and social media updates.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time management skills; detail-oriented, ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Social Media Marketing, hosting webinars & Photoshop Illustrator.
  • At least 2-3 working experiences in marketing (on-line, social media, video maker, website developer & new trendy), new product designing, and product launch is an advantage.
  • With IT / Mass Communication background as a website developer / short video maker is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel (local & overseas) when required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • No preference on gender or races.
  • Aged between 25 – 30 years old with creative and social media savvy.
