Job Position – TECHNICAL MANAGER – PRECAST / CONCRETE ( SIMPANG RENGGAM )

Job Descriptions

• Perform structural analyses / design and prepare technical reports documenting results, to support tender or construction stage.
• Prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for construction.
• Check and review design calculations, drawings and reports.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as clients, consultants, main contractors, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
• To coordinate in the preparation and submission of Final as Built Drawings to the client/consultant.
• Required to design structures and civil engineering works using the software available in the company and to produce full set of drawings from the design software.
• Liaising, coordinating and attending site work and site meeting.
• Research and design for innovative precast, construction methodology and system.

Requirements

• 5 – 10 years working experience in concrete design preferably with experience in precast concrete
• At least Bachelor Degree or equivalent
