Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Job Summary:
The Call Centre Agent serves as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and partners. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and service feedback
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, coverage, and procedures
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and coordination
- Handle and resolve complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration or related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call centre systems
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
