Job Title: Process Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for equipment commissioning, process debugging, checklist validation, and on-site support. This role involves optimizing equipment performance, supporting customer implementation, and continuously improving technical capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Commissioning & Debugging (35%)

  • Receive and verify assembled equipment to ensure installation complies with design specifications and mechanical/electrical inspection standards
  • Perform initial commissioning based on established plans to validate functionality and performance
  • Conduct detailed debugging, including parameter setup and optimization to achieve required performance standards
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues encountered during debugging; propose improvements where necessary
  • Maintain 5S standards in the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure smooth commissioning and delivery

2. Checklist Inspection & Control Plan Verification (20%)

  • Execute equipment performance testing according to checklist requirements
  • Ensure equipment meets design specifications and operational standards
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve checklist processes
  • Assist in equipment operation and support validation of control plans and acceptance documentation with internal teams or customers

3. On-site Setup & Customer Training (35%)

  • Travel to customer sites to perform equipment installation, commissioning, and handover
  • Deliver technical training to customers and operators to ensure proper equipment usage
  • Collect and analyze operational data and customer feedback to assess performance and recommend improvements
  • Provide troubleshooting support and respond to customer technical inquiries

4. Continuous Improvement & Skill Development (5%)

  • Proactively identify issues and participate in team discussions to develop effective solutions
  • Engage in training programs and successfully complete required assessments to enhance technical skills

5. Additional Responsibilities (5%)

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
  • Support cross-functional activities and projects as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly and debugging
  • Familiarity with process debugging tools and equipment
  • Proficiency in using computers for technical and reporting purposes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
