Production Provider / Production Supervisor (Full-Time, On-Site) (M/F)

A global industrial group specializing in motion control and automation solutions is seeking a Production Provider / Production Supervisor to join its Malaysia operations. Key Responsibilities
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules
- Supervise, guide, and coach team members; track and report performance and progress
- Ensure safe use of equipment and coordinate routine maintenance
- Maintain product quality by enforcing organizational standards
- Analyze production data and performance records to provide insights and solutions
- Develop and improve systems, procedures, and operational practices
- Support manufacturing and engineering-related projects
- Participate in assembly line setup, pilot runs, and mass production activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and explore innovative solutions
- Interest in long-term career development
