Production Provider / Production Supervisor (Full-Time, On-Site) (M/F)

A global industrial group specializing in motion control and automation solutions is seeking a Production Provider / Production Supervisor to join its Malaysia operations. Key Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules
• Supervise, guide, and coach team members; track and report performance and progress
• Ensure safe use of equipment and coordinate routine maintenance
• Maintain product quality by enforcing organizational standards
• Analyze production data and performance records to provide insights and solutions
• Develop and improve systems, procedures, and operational practices
• Support manufacturing and engineering-related projects
• Participate in assembly line setup, pilot runs, and mass production activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
• Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) or manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and explore innovative solutions
• Interest in long-term career development
