HR / Admin Executive
Position Title: HR / Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
-
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
-
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
-
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
2. HR Administration
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS database
-
Prepare HR-related documentation such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary letters
-
Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with audit requirements
3. Payroll & Benefits Support
-
Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of attendance, claims, and overtime data
-
Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal finance teams
-
Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and administer employee benefits
4. Employee Relations
-
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
-
Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling processes
-
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation
-
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations
-
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
-
2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role
-
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
