Position: Sales Agronomist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to farmers on crop selection, planting techniques, soil management, pest and disease control, and other agronomic practices to improve crop yield and quality
• Promote agricultural products by demonstrating their features and benefits, conducting product trials, and delivering presentations at seminars or field events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agricultural retailers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
• Deliver technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to crop health, soil fertility, and product performance
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop production, and agricultural practices
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical technical solutions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
