Position: Tax Executive / Senior Tax Executive
Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review compilation reports and tax computations for individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and withholding tax
• Research and assess complex tax issues to provide appropriate solutions within the Singapore context
• Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Provide support during audits conducted by IRAS or other relevant authorities
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, including handling tax queries and correspondence with IRAS
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation
• Submit tax computations and Form C/Form CS to IRAS
• Assist clients with dispute resolution and enquiries from IRAS
• Support other tax-related matters as required
• Prepare unaudited financial statements
• Prepare XBRL files for annual return submissions
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a related field, or professional qualifications such as ISCA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will have an added advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and the Companies Act
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Able to start on short notice or immediately is preferred
• Experience with Singtax software is an added advantage
