Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strengthen client engagement and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Regularly review and discuss sales opportunities with management and partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deals and client information in internal systems.
  • Manage assigned client accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities for long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (presales, product, marketing, solutions, and partner channels) to drive successful sales and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
