Job Title: Process Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to ensure optimal production output, product quality, and timely delivery. Monitor production processes to meet required quality standards.
• Manage general affairs and administrative functions to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and authority guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and occupational safety and health (OSHA) standards.
• Apply expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), particularly Yokogawa systems, as well as chemical production processes and equipment operations.
• Oversee and optimize oil refining processes and related technologies.
• Drive improvements in production efficiency, labor productivity, cost reduction (materials, financial, and labor), and energy consumption. Promote effective use of resources and implementation of modern engineering and management practices to enhance product quality and competitiveness.
• Manage and control the plant operations budget by monitoring performance, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Develop and execute strategic, tactical, and operational plans to achieve business objectives and long-term goals.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize asset utilization and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Lead initiatives to ensure industrial safety, safe working conditions, and compliance with applicable Malaysian regulations and relevant standards.
• Establish performance standards for departments and personnel, and continuously monitor, review, and improve performance.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in Russian language (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be a holder of a Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) in Malaysia, allowing long-term residency and employment flexibility within the country.
